I need help tracking down commercial buildings that have roughly 20–30 individual rooms and would suit a coliving concept. Your job is to scour online listings, tap into off-market opportunities, and speak directly with brokers or owners until you can hand me a reliable short-list of candidates.
Scope of work
• Identify buildings that match the 20–30-room requirement.
• Call or email the listing brokers, gather up-to-date pricing, lease or sale terms, photos, floor plans, and any key restrictions.
• Present everything in a neat spreadsheet or slide deck: address, asking price, current occupancy status, contact details, and your notes from each conversation.
Acceptance criteria
1. Minimum of five qualified properties delivered.
2. Each entry must include broker/owner contact information that you personally verified within the last 48 hours.
3. All data points are complete and hyperlinks or documents are accessible.
If questions about location or other constraints come up, flag them right away so we can tighten the search parameters together.
