Need a consistent flow of qualified residential roofing leads located within my immediate service area. The focus is strictly on homeowners, not commercial or industrial properties, and the primary outreach method should be cold calling.

I will provide the target ZIP codes and any brand messaging you might need. Your job is to identify homeowners who have expressed—or are likely to express—interest in roof FULLLL replacements, engage them by phone or however you want, and secure permission for a follow-up call from my sales tea or set the appointment,

Deliverables (per agreed-upon interval):
• A spreadsheet (CSV or Google Sheet) containing each lead’s name, phone number, property address, best time to call, and a brief note confirming roof interest
• Verification that the prospect expects my follow-up within 24–48 hours or have the appointment set by then
