Local Lead Gen & Appointments
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I run a boutique web-design service that builds modern, conversion-focused sites for small businesses in my city—think barbers, restaurants and emerging local brands. My pipeline is now the bottleneck, so I’m ready to partner with a dependable lead-generation and appointment-setting pro who can keep my calendar full of qualified discovery calls.
Scope
• Identify and source fresh prospects in my local area only. I’m open to any small-business niche listed above, provided the owner is the decision-maker and values a modern online presence.
• Plan and execute the entire outreach workflow from scratch—no active channels are in place yet. You’ll choose the mix of tactics (cold email, social DMs, LinkedIn, phone, local directories, etc.), craft the messaging, spin up basic automations if helpful, and track everything in a simple CRM or spreadsheet.
• Book qualified, pre-screened calls directly onto my Calendly, ensuring the prospect understands we build paid websites (not free consultations).
Key results I’m looking for
1. Consistent volume: at least 5 booked discovery calls per week after the first ramp-up month.
2. Quality: prospects operate a real local business, show genuine interest, and have the budget to invest in a professional site.
3. Transparency: weekly report of leads contacted, responses, booked calls, and lessons learned so we can refine messaging together.
Deliverables
• Outreach copy (email templates, DM scripts, call prompts)
• Live tracking sheet or CRM access
• Weekly performance summary
• Calendar-booked calls that meet the criteria above
If you’ve helped agencies or B2B services generate local leads before, let’s talk. Please share a brief outline of your proposed outreach stack, a recent win that shows your appointment-setting chops, and your estimated timeline to hit the weekly call target.
