What We Need
We are looking for someone who can:
Run Facebook and social media ads
Generate homeowner leads daily
Contact prior customers and referral lists
Reach out to homeowners, businesses, churches, and property management companies
Set qualified appointments for our sales team
Follow up consistently with leads
Generate 2–3 qualified appointments per day minimum
Responsibilities
Facebook & Instagram marketing campaigns
Social media advertising
Cold calling & telemarketing
Lead generation
SMS & email follow-up
CRM management
Rehashing old leads
Business-to-business outreach
Appointment setting for window and door consultations
Requirements
Fluent English REQUIRED
Strong communication and phone skills
Aggressive and motivated personality
Experience with Facebook Ads
Appointment setting experience preferred
Sales and telemarketing background is a PLUS
