LinkedIn Outreach for Executive Meetings
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a focused LinkedIn outreach campaign that gets decision-makers from the electrical accessories, control-panel, Defense ,electromedical, and laboratory sectors onto my calendar. The objective is clear: turn targeted connection requests and follow-up messages into confirmed meetings with company executives.
Target Audience
Head Product Development / R&D Manager / Engineering Manager responsible for bringing a new product to market and needing testing, certification, or compliance support
Here is how I see the work unfolding and what I will accept as complete:
• Build or refine a prospect list of company executives in the named niches, ideally using Sales Navigator or an equivalent precision tool.
• Craft personalised connection notes and short message sequences that lead naturally to a meeting request.
• Execute the outreach, tracking acceptance rates, reply rates, and – most importantly – meetings booked.
• Supply a brief weekly report outlining prospects contacted, responses, and meetings secured so I can monitor ROI in real time.
Feel free to suggest tweaks to copy, cadence, or tools if it improves performance, but every action should keep the end goal of scheduled meetings front and centre.
