LinkedIn Outreach Assistants Wanted
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m putting together a remote team of 20 commission-based assistants to handle daily LinkedIn outreach. Your mission is simple: reach out to freelancers on my behalf, engage them with concise, value-driven messages, and hand over warm leads so I can close the deal.
What you’ll actually do:
• Send connection requests and short follow-ups directly through LinkedIn (I’ll share proven templates and a clear cadence).
• Spot and qualify freelancer profiles that match the criteria I give you, then log each prospect in the shared sheet/CRM.
• When a prospect shows interest, book a call in my calendar and flag the lead for me.
No prior experience is necessary; I’ll walk you through the entire flow, from setting up search filters to using Sales Navigator and basic tracking tools. All compensation is commission-only, so the more qualified leads you generate, the more you earn—there’s no earnings cap.

Deliverables I’ll review each week:
