LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I run an online training service that helps job seekers earn industry-recognized IT certifications, with a current focus on AWS, Microsoft, PMP, Salesforce, Databricks and CompTIA. I’m looking for someone who can work from home and consistently bring in fresh, qualified LinkedIn leads interested in our courses and study materials.
Your day-to-day work revolves around LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar tools) to search, connect and start meaningful conversations with prospects who are actively looking to boost their careers through certification. You’ll nurture each contact until they are ready for a sales call or request more information, then record every interaction in a simple spreadsheet or CRM that we share.
Deliverables each week
• Clean lead sheet: full name, LinkedIn profile URL, job title, company, email (when available) and brief note on interest level
• Copies of the connection and follow-up messages you used, so we can refine our outreach together
• Short progress report highlighting wins, obstacles and next steps
Payment is a fixed monthly salary released at month-end once the agreed lead volume and quality benchmarks are met. If you already have proven LinkedIn lead-gen results in the IT training or certification space, I’d love to see them when you apply.
