We are looking for an experienced LinkedIn Lead Generation & Social Media Manager to help grow our business presence and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage LinkedIn profile (content + engagement)
Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach
Send 20–40 targeted connection requests daily
Write and publish 3–5 LinkedIn posts per week
Engage with prospects (comments, messages, follow-ups)
Build and manage a lead pipeline
Basic management of Facebook & Instagram pages
Monthly reporting (leads, conversations, meetings)
Requirements:
Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation (B2B)
Strong English communication skills
Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)
Ability to write engaging content
Understanding of NZ/Australia market (preferred)
Expected Results (Monthly):
40–80 new connections
15–30 conversations
5–10 qualified meetings
