We’re hiring a serious growth operator — not a beginner — who can own LinkedIn automation, lead generation, content production, and SEO execution with accountability and results.

IMPORTANT (Read Carefully)

This role requires you to already have:

-Your own active LinkedIn profiles
-Paid access to Expandi / Dripify / HeyReach or equivalent
-LinkedIn Sales Navigator
-SEO tools like Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming Frog
-Your own outreach infrastructure and workflows
-Content creation capability

-We will NOT provide LinkedIn profiles
-We will NOT provide automation tools or software
-We will NOT set up tools for you
-We will NOT train you on LinkedIn automation

If you don’t already operate at scale, do not apply.

Your Primary Responsibility: RESULTS

You will be responsible for meeting monthly growth targets across lead generation, SEO, content, and backlinks.

-Monthly Performance Targets (Non-Negotiable)
-LinkedIn Outreach (Automation Required)

You must deliver:

12,000 LinkedIn connection requests/month

3,200 InMails/month

160 Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs)

80 qualified discovery calls booked

You must:

Build, optimise and scale automated sequences

Warm IPs correctly

Handle reply management & lead qualification

Book discovery calls directly to calendar

Maintain account health and compliance

SEO, Backlinks & Content Production

You will deliver:

500 backlinks per month

Minimum 80% do-follow

16 SEO blogs (long-form, optimised)

16 guest posts on DA70+ websites

4 original case studies

Ongoing link outreach and placements

You must:

Pitch and secure placements

Write or manage high-quality content

Maintain anchor-text strategy

Track link quality

Technical SEO & Reporting

You will:

Fix at least 40 technical SEO issues per month

Ensure Core Web Vitals health for top landing pages

Maintain dashboards for:

Keyword rankings

Backlinks

Traffic growth

Conversions

We expect:

Weekly reporting

Monthly KPI breakdowns

Transparent performance metrics

Content & Reputation

You will:

Write LinkedIn posts weekly

Publish articles, blogs, and case studies

Required Tool Stack (Must Already Have)

You must already own:

Expandi / Dripify / HeyReach (or equivalent automation)

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Ahrefs or SEMrush

Screaming Frog

GA4 / GSC


You’re a Fit If You:

-Have proven experience in SaaS or B2B lead generation
-Already automate LinkedIn at scale
-Are skilled in writing SEO content and guest-post pitches
-Understand backlinks and technical SEO
-Can manage multiple KPIs without supervision
-Can speak and write fluent English
-Are comfortable being held to performance numbers
-Act like a growth owner, not a freelancer taking tasks

Not a Fit If You:

-Are “learning” LinkedIn automation
-Can’t prove results
-Need tools provided
-Want hourly work
-Avoid accountability or targets
-Can’t do both execution and reporting
