German (Swiss-German) Lead Screening Associate — 3-Month Contract, No Cold Calling
We’re hiring a native German speaker (Swiss-German a big plus) to help us qualify inbound leads on our platform where employers post handyman projects. This is not cold calling—everyone you contact has already submitted a job request.
What you’ll do
Review and screen new job posts on our platform.
Gather any missing project details from employers and add them to their job descriptions so projects are clear and complete.
Answer employers’ questions about how our platform works and guide them through the process if needed.
Verify that employers are serious and intend to assign the job.
Record clear, structured notes in our system and flag incomplete or suspicious posts.
