Lead Generation Expert (Apollo + Clay)
An Odoo partner in Belgium is looking for a specialist to build and maintain an automated outbound lead generation system.
What you will do
You build and manage our lead generation pipeline from A to Z. Specifically:
• Set up and optimize targeting and prospect lists in Apollo.io
• Enrich and process lead data through Clay (enrichment workflows, scoring, data enrichment)
• Set up and maintain automated sequences and outreach
• Integrate the lead flow into our CRM (Odoo)
• Continuously monitor, A/B test, and adjust based on results
What we are looking for
• Proven experience with Apollo.io (targeting, sequences, enrichment)
• Strong knowledge of Clay and building enrichment and automation workflows
• Affinity with AI tooling for lead qualification and outreach personalization
• Experience with deliverability (domain setup, warm-up, inbox management) is a plus
• Able to deliver a working system that we can manage ourselves afterwards
Scope
• One-time build of the system, with the option of ongoing maintenance and optimization
• Focus on the B2B market in Belgium (Dutch-speaking region)
• Working language for the collaboration: Dutch or English
