I’m looking for reliable help compiling fresh, high-quality prospect lists drawn from construction-related businesses in my local market. When I say “construction,” I don’t just mean civil contractors—I also need scaffolding companies, crane operators, and any other associated suppliers that typically appear on large building sites. You will also cross check against a list a have to start with.

For each company you research, I need the decision maker—ideally a Director or equivalent—and three key data points:
• Director name
• Direct phone number (mobile preferred)
• Work email address

A basic excel spreadsheet with separate columns for company name, industry niche (civil, scaffolding, cranes, etc.), and the three contact details is all that’s required for delivery.

If you already have proven methods for pinpointing this level of information in local business registries, industry directories, or tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, I’d love to see a short sample list to confirm accuracy before we move ahead with ongoing work.
