Remote | Focus on Australia, NZ, USA, UK, Canada
Hours: Part-Time / Flexible
Pay: Hourly + Bonus for Qualified Leads or Closed Deals
About the Role
I’m looking for a self-motivated Virtual Assistant or Lead Generator to help find consistent website design clients. Your main job will be to reach out to trades and service-based businesses (e.g., concreters, cleaners, plumbers, landscapers, etc.) in English-speaking countries—especially Australia, New Zealand, the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.
These are small to mid-size businesses that either don’t have a website or need a better one — and are willing to invest at least $1400 AUD in a quality website.
You’ll be responsible for generating leads through text-based outreach (like email, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and, if you're comfortable, cold calling can be a huge bonus.
Goal
Bring in 1–2 website clients per week at $1400+ AUD per site.
What You’ll Do
Find and research service-based businesses that need a website
Do cold outreach via email, messaging platforms, or phone
Qualify leads based on budget and need
Book calls or hand off warm leads for me to close
Keep track of prospects in a spreadsheet or simple CRM
You Don’t Need Perfect English — Just Results
You don’t need to be fluent, but you must be confident with written English for messaging and understand how to hold a simple conversation. If you're comfortable speaking English over the phone, that’s a major bonus (but not required).
Ideal Candidate
Has experience with outreach, sales, or lead generation
Knows how to find small businesses online (Facebook, LinkedIn, directories, etc.)
Is comfortable working independently
Bonus if you’ve worked in or with digital services (web design, SEO, etc.)
Bonus if you’ve targeted trades or service-based businesses before
