Project Description

We are a custom CRM + AI Voice Agent company looking for an experienced Cold Lead Generator who can target and bring high-quality B2B clients from the US & UK markets.

Your job is simple:

Find potential businesses
Generate cold leads
Book demos / appointments
We close the sale — you earn 10% commission on every closed client (plus incentives for performance)

Responsibilities

Generate B2B cold leads for our AI Voice Agent & CRM solutions

Target US/UK based businesses (Restaurants, Clinics, Real Estate, Salons, Agencies, etc.)

Build accurate lead lists with decision-makers

Run cold outreach: email, LinkedIn, calls (optional)

Set appointments for product demo

Provide daily/weekly lead reports

Ideal Candidate

Strong English communication

Experience in Cold Outreach / Lead Generation / B2B Prospecting

Knowledge of SaaS / CRM / AI tools is a big plus

Must be reliable, consistent & results-driven

Familiar with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.

Compensation

10% commission on every closed deal

No fixed salary initially — fully commission-based
