I am looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to help generate high-quality leads for my business.
This is a performance-based role, meaning you will be paid for results.
What I need:
- Generate genuine leads from homeowners or property owners interested in home improvement work
- Focus on services such as bathroom renovations, kitchen upgrades, and general refurbishments
- Leads must be serious inquiries (not fake or low-quality leads)
- Ability to communicate with potential clients and move them toward booking a quote
How payment works:
-You will be paid per successful lead that converts into a job
- Example: If you bring in a bathroom renovation lead and the job is secured, you will receive a -percentage of the final project value (e.g. 10%)
- The higher the value of the job, the more you earn
- There is strong earning potential for the right person
Ideal candidate:

- Able to find and connect with homeowners (social media, local groups, ads, outreach, etc.)
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and focused on results
