Role Overview
We are looking for someone who can generate qualified leads weekly by targeting businesses in the United Kingdom and the United States, as these are the largest markets for our services.
You will focus on finding businesses that need a new website or want to upgrade their existing one.
Lead generation methods may include:
Cold calling
Google Maps search
Organic lead research
Outreach to UK and US businesses
Expectations
We expect our lead generators to provide at least 2 qualified leads per week.
A qualified lead means a business owner who is interested in getting a website and agrees to book a call with our team.
How the Process Works
You find and contact potential businesses.
When a business is interested, you book them into our Google booking calendar (we will provide this).
Our team handles the sales call and discusses their website requirements.
Our web design team builds their website.
The client signs up to our £299/month website retainer which includes:
Maintenance
SEO
AI integrations
Website updates
Payment
This role is 100% commission-based.
You will earn:
£80 commission for every client that signs the £299/month retainer.
Example:
10 closed clients = £800
20 closed clients = £1,600
30 closed clients = £2,400
Your earnings are unlimited and depend entirely on your performance.
Requirements
We are looking for freelancers who:
Have experience in cold calling and lead generation
Have strong communication skills
Can contact UK and US businesses
Are serious about long-term work
Can consistently generate a minimum of 2 interested leads per week
Are comfortable working commission-only
You can be from any country, as long as you can communicate clearly and call businesses when needed.
