Lead Generator & Closer for Website Offer
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I’m launching a new web design & development agency focused on helping small businesses—especially trades and blue-collar professionals—get clean, modern websites built fast.
To grow quickly and build credibility, we are currently offering one-page websites for around CA$400 (prices will increase as demand grows).
I’m looking for a Lead Generator + Closer who can independently find clients, pitch the offer, and close deals. This is a commission-based opportunity where you’ll earn:
- 10% when the client sends their first half-payment (If first half payment is $200 you get $20)
- 10% when the client pays the final amount
- In total you'll get CA$40 for each paying customer
No CRM, no scripts, and no leads are provided—you must bring your own experience, process, and outreach strategy.
The freelancer will be responsible for:
- Lead Generation
- Identify and target potential clients (blue-collar, trades, small local businesses, service-based businesses)
- Conduct outreach via email, social media, cold messages, etc.
- Qualify business owners who need a website or redesign
Sales & Closing
- Pitch our CA$400 website package
- Overcome basic objections
- Close the sale OR set up a call for me to finalize
- Ensure the client sends the initial 50% payment
Tracking & Reporting
- Track your own leads and conversations (no CRM provided)
- Provide brief updates on progress and clients contacted
- Commission-Based Only: No base salary. Earn 10% per closed client (split into two 5% payments).
- Fast Delivery: Websites are delivered in 3–5 days, making the offer easy to sell.
- Pricing Will Increase: As the agency grows, website prices will rise—meaning your commission payouts also increase.
- You Must Be Independent: No scripts, templates, training, or CRM will be provided. - You must already know how to do outreach and close deals.
