Lead Generation targetting Interior Design Firms
Budget: $30 – $250 SGD
We’re a creative digital agency looking for a reliable lead generation freelancer to find interior design firms worldwide that need better websites.
You’ll research and compile a list of boutique studios whose current websites are poorly designed, outdated, or low-quality. We can train you in visual and aesthetic design analysis to help you get started.
We’ll provide:
- A clear list of example firms and aesthetics (minimal luxury, brutalist, Scandinavian, modern, clean).
- A simple checklist for what counts as a “bad” website.
- A Google Sheet template for data entry.
Our Ideal Customer Profile:
- Target: Boutique design & architecture studios (1–20 pax) with aesthetics such as minimal luxury, Scandinavian, contemporary, brutalist, or chic modern.
- Region: International — priority on English-speaking or design-forward markets (Singapore, UK, US, Australia, Europe).
- Qualification trigger:
- Poor website design, outdated visuals, or unresponsive layout.
- Bad UX, slow load times, unclear structure, or weak branding.
- Decision-maker contact: Founder / Co-founder preferred; otherwise Marketing or Operations.
Freelancer Profile We Need:
- Skill level: Entry-level or intermediate.
- Key abilities:
- Strong English comprehension.
- Able to judge website quality using your provided guidelines.
- Engagement type: Trial project (one-time) → ongoing engagement if quality is proven.
- Freelancer must cross-check contact accuracy and confirm website issues manually (no bulk-scrape dump).
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience with lead generation, data scraping, and email verification.
- Attention to detail (we will check samples carefully).
- Ability to follow aesthetic and quality guidelines precisely.
- Good written English.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Background or interest in architecture, design, or creative industries.
- Eye for web or graphic design (so you can spot poor websites easily).

Deliverables:

- Find and record the following for each:
- Founder’s name (very important)
- Company name
- Website URL
- Verified email (using Hunter.io / Apollo.io / Instantly.ai / SmartLead.io / LinkedIn / similar)
- Country / city
Ensure all entries are accurate, non-duplicates, and verified. You must cross-check contact accuracy and confirm website issues manually (no bulk-scrape dump).
This will start as a trial project (100 leads). If quality is high, we’ll expand to ongoing work and potentially hire multiple freelancers.
