Lead Generation for a Workers' Comp Company

We provide Work Comp solutions to insurance adjusters and nurse case managers. We are looking for someone to helps us generate leads to grow our business. This particular projects is contacting and send information to generate referrals from urgent care facilities, occupational medicine clinics, walk in clinics and hospital ER's. We would like to pay this person based on the business generated from information sent out. Our company will assign a region to work and provide the marketing material.
