Lead Generation for Web Development Services

I am looking for someone who can help me acquire paying clients for website development services.

I build modern websites for small businesses (such as electricians, local services, etc.), with pricing typically between $300–$500.

This is a project-based collaboration. A base payment is included, and additional bonuses are paid for each paying client.

Payment structure:

Guaranteed base payment (based on project agreement)
$50 bonus for each paying client
All payments handled through Freelancer milestones

A paying client is defined as a business owner who purchases a website from me.

Important:

I am NOT looking for random or low-quality leads
Only real business owners interested in buying
Fake or unresponsive leads will not be accepted

Requirements:

Experience with lead generation, outreach, or client acquisition
Ability to find businesses that actually need a website
