Lead Generation Specialist for Individual Consumers Quality Focus

Job description
I am looking for a long term Lead Generation and List Building specialist to build high quality lists of individual people for outreach. This is B2C only. I do not want businesses or business listings.

Goal
Consistent weekly delivery of clean, verified, deduplicated consumer leads with clear sourcing and clean formatting.

What you will do
Research and compile lists of individual people that match filters I provide such as location and other targeting criteria
Deliver leads in Google Sheets or CSV with consistent columns and formatting
Deduplicate every batch and keep quality high
Must Verify phone numbers and emails when possible and flag anything uncertain
Include a source name or source link for each lead or batch so we can track performance
Communicate progress daily or at least 3 times per week

Deliverables and volume
First, a paid test batch of 100 leads so we can confirm quality and formatting
After approval, ongoing weekly delivery of 500 to 2000 maybe more, leads per week based on quality and speed
We will review performance and adjust targeting over time.

Required columns

States must only be Nevada, Texas, Colorado, Florida, for now, more will be added later.

Age must be younger than 60 years old
Amount of household inhabitants (how many live in the house) preferred more then 3 living in house verified
Make over 120k annually minimum
Must be within Top Income counties only

No business listings
No duplicates within a batch and minimal duplicates across weeks
Accurate names and contact info, quality over quantity
