Lead Generation Specialist Needed

We are Vexxlor, a social media marketing agency. We’re looking for a driven and experienced Lead Generation Specialist who can bring us consistent, high-quality leads.

You’ll be responsible for:
Capturing qualified leads (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, etc.)
Scheduling calls/appointments with potential clients
Nurturing prospects until they’re ready to book a call
Handing off warm leads to our team

Compensation Model:
Paid per lead captured
Paid per call booked
Extra bonus for each lead that converts into a paying client

Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation (LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, or other channels)
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar) is a plus
Ability to work independently and hit targets.
