Lead Generation Specialist – Interior 3D Visualization

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and well-organized person to actively acquire new projects for high-quality interior 3D visualizations (apartments, houses, offices, investment properties).
This is a fully remote position.
Your tasks:
• Cold and warm outreach to individual clients, design studios, developers (small and large)
• Searching for new residential/commercial developments under construction or for sale
• Generating inquiries and closing deals for 3D visualization services
• Building and maintaining a database of contacts
Compensation: Pure commission: 5%–15% of each project value (depending on project size).
High earning potential – no cap on income.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills and initiative
• Knowledge of the real estate/development market (strongly preferred)
• Proven experience in lead generation / client acquisition
• Self-discipline, reliability, own access to phone and internet
