We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis.
The role involves handling cold outreach and managing freelance platform accounts effectively.This is a fully remote position offering flexible working hours.
Cold Outreach Emails Draft, manage, and optimize cold email sequences.
Build targeted prospect lists.
Handle follow-ups to convert leads into clients.
Account Management Create and optimize profile.
Write compelling gig descriptions.
Post services and update gigs regularly.
Set up and maintain profile.Search for relevant projects.
Submit high-converting bids.
Create and optimize account.
Post services and manage listings.
Actively bid on buyer requests.
Lead Generation & Sales.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Close deals and onboard new clients.
Maintain client relationships for repeat business.
Compensation (Commission Only) Commission Rate: Will be discussed directly.
Recurring Commissions: Earn monthly for ongoing client retainers.
Payout Frequency: [Weekly/Bi-Weekly] upon client payment.No Cap – unlimited earning potential.
Requirements : Proven experience in B2B sales or cold email outreach.
Excellent written English skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Reliable internet and computer setup. Knowledge of email automation tools (e.g., Instantly, Apollo) is a mandatory thing.
Totally Remote : Work from anywhere.Flexible schedule.Good commission structure with recurring income. Full support on service delivery , you focus only on sales.
