Lead Generation/Personal Assistance Expert

I’m looking for a highly proactive and result-driven Lead Generation/Personal Assistance Expert who can work closely with me across multiple channels to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
This is not just a task-based role — I’m looking for someone who can think, execute, and continuously improve the outreach process.

Scope of Work:
You will be responsible for:

1. Upwork Lead Generation & Bidding
Identify relevant projects aligned with our services
Write high-converting, personalized proposals
Optimize bidding strategy to improve response rate
Track and improve win ratio

2. LinkedIn Outreach
Identify and target the right decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, Product Owners)
Send personalized connection requests and follow-ups
Build a consistent pipeline of conversations
Maintain CRM or tracking sheet

3. Direct Outreach (Email, WhatsApp, Telegram)
Build and manage targeted contact lists
Execute cold email campaigns
Reach out via WhatsApp & Telegram where relevant
Craft messaging that gets replies (not spam)

4. Personal Assistance -keep everything on track with day to day Operation and activity and keep everything on clickup as Single source of truth.. write some blog on selected topic with AI to post of the different channels ..
