# Business Development Partner (Commission-Based)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Partner to help grow a premium BIM & Revit training program in the UAE.

This is a commission-based opportunity with attractive earning potential for every successful student enrollment.

## About the Program

Our training is designed to bridge the gap between learning Revit and becoming industry-ready. Students learn real-world BIM workflows, industry standards, modelling best practices, documentation, scheduling, construction methodologies, and project execution through live instructor-led sessions.

## Responsibilities

- Generate leads from universities, LinkedIn, Instagram, and professional networks.
- Connect with architecture students, interior design students, fresh graduates, and working professionals.
- Promote our BIM and Revit training programs.
- Follow up with prospective students.
- Schedule consultation calls with interested candidates.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments.

## Ideal Candidate

- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Experience in education sales, training programs, recruitment, or business development is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), or BIM industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
