Job Description

We are looking for a reliable freelancer to help us grow our commercial customer base for a UK drainage company.

Your tasks will include:

* Research businesses across London that may require drainage services.
* Build a high-quality list of leads, including:
* Estate Agents
* Letting Agents
* Property Management Companies
* Facilities Management Companies
* Housing Associations
* Commercial Property Companies
* Block Management Companies
* Collect:
* Company name
* Contact name (where available)
* Business email address
* Phone number
* Website
* Company address
* Deliver the data in Excel or Google Sheets.

Bonus skills (preferred but not essential)

If you have experience with Mailchimp, we’d also like help with:

* Importing the contact list.
* Organising audiences/tags.
* Creating professional email campaigns.
* Designing email templates.
* Setting up automated email sequences.
* Advising on email marketing best practices.

Requirements

* Experience with B2B lead generation.
* Excellent online research skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good English communication.
* Experience using Mailchimp is a plus.
