This project is focused on strategy + execution, not just raw lead scraping.
Scope of Work
Phase 1: ICP & Buyer Persona Development
Analyze our real estate business model, services, and target markets (we will provide inputs)
Define:
Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
2–4 detailed Buyer Personas (demographics, psychographics, pain points, motivations, buying triggers)
Clearly document assumptions and rationale
Phase 2: Targeted Lead Generation
Build a verified list of high-intent leads aligned with the ICP & personas
Leads may include:
Real estate investors
Home buyers / sellers
Property owners (based on agreed criteria)
Required lead data (minimum):
Full Name
Email (verified)
Phone (if available)
Location (US-based)
Relevant segmentation tag (persona / ICP fit)
Leads must be compliant with US data privacy and outreach best practices
