This role is ideal for someone who understands how to identify qualified prospects, create outreach strategies, and build a scalable process that consistently brings in high-quality leads.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement a repeatable lead generation strategy.
- Research and identify ideal clients across different industries.
- Build targeted lead lists using the right tools.
- Create outreach workflows (email, LinkedIn, Instagram, or other platforms).
- Write and test outreach messages to improve response rates.
- Qualify leads before handing them over to the sales team.
- Track KPIs and continuously optimise the lead generation process.
- Document the entire system so it can be repeated and scaled.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist.
- Strong understanding of B2B outreach and prospecting.
- Experience using lead generation tools and CRMs.
- Ability to build systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Excellent research and communication skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on quality over quantity.
Bonus If You Have Experience In
