We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Expert with a proven track record in sourcing high-quality leads within specified niches or industries. The ideal candidate will possess advanced experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI-driven recruitment sourcing platforms, and specialised tools for extracting or scraping verified contact information, including names and email addresses.

Key Requirements
Have access to and demonstrable experience in lead generation for recruitment or sales within targeted sectors.

Proficient with:

LinkedIn Sales Navigator for advanced search, filtering, and candidate mapping.

AI-powered sourcing tools (e.g., Lusha, Apollo, ContactOut, Hiretual, or equivalent) capable of extracting or scraping emails and contact details.

Data enrichment platforms to verify and validate contact information, ensuring GDPR compliance.

Ability to customise lead lists based on client-supplied criteria (industry, role, seniority, location, etc.).

Desirable (Bonus) Skills
Access to exclusive or proprietary databases with up-to-date, verified contact information not widely available to the public.

Familiarity with market intelligence platforms and industry-specific directories.

Ability to leverage automation tools and custom scripts for large-scale data extraction, while adhering to platform terms of service.
