B2B Lead Generation Expert (Must Have Own Clay, Apollo & Scraping Tools)

We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation and Data Enrichment Expert to build highly targeted, verified lead lists for various local business ICPs in the US (e.g., HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Med Spas, etc.).

IMPORTANT: You must have your own active subscriptions to the required tools (Clay, Apollo, and a scraping tool like Outscraper/Apify). We are paying for the final verified data, not your software stack.

The Methodology I am Looking For:
I do not want simple Apollo exports, as many local US businesses do not have a strong LinkedIn presence. I am specifically looking for someone who uses a hybrid local scraping methodology:

- Source: Scrape Google Maps / local directories (using Outscraper, Apify, or similar) to get a comprehensive list of businesses in a specific US city/niche.
- Enrich: Bring that raw data into Clay.
- Identify & Verify: Use Apollo (via Clay) and other web scraping agents to find the Decision Maker (Owner, Founder, CEO) and fully verify their direct email address (using ZeroBounce/NeverBounce etc.).

Deliverables Needed (Clean Google Sheet/CSV):
- Company Name
- Website
- Company Phone Number
- Decision Maker Name (Owner/Founder)
- Verified Direct Email Address (Catch-all or bounced emails will not be accepted)
- Company Address
- City / State

Requirements:
- Proven experience using Clay workflows (Waterfall email finding).
- Ability to scrape local businesses accurately.
- Must provide a small sample (5-10 leads) based on an ICP I provide during the interview phase to prove your workflow.
