Lead Generation Expert

Title: Performance-Based Lead Generation

Description:
We are a Yoga School in India offering Yoga Alliance certified Teacher Training Courses (200-hour, 300-hour, etc.).

We’re looking for an experienced lead generation specialist/agency who can deliver at least 15 confirmed student enrollments per month.

- This is a performance-based role:
- We pay $100 per confirmed enrollment
- No fixed fee, purely performance-based.

Target Markets:
United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Russia

Requirements:

- Proven experience in student recruitment or enrollment campaigns
- Ability to generate quality leads and convert them into confirmed enrollments
- Knowledge of at least one target market
- Strong outreach and conversion skills (email, calls, ads, affiliates, etc.)
- Familiarity with Yoga Teacher Training programs (preferred)

Compensation:
- $100 per confirmed enrollment
- Minimum 15 enrollments per month required
- Opportunity to scale further with consistent results

- We will provide brochures and course information after selection
- Any compliant marketing method is acceptable as long as results are genuine
- Long-term opportunity for consistent performers
