Lead Generation & Data Verification Specialist (50 Real Estate Info Product Sellers)

Job Description

I’m looking for a detail-oriented lead generation specialist to verify and complete contact and mailing address information for 50 real estate education / info-product businesses.

Most of the contacts are already provided, but accuracy is critical. Your job is to double-check existing data and source missing details where needed.

This project is not about volume — it’s about precision, verification, and confidence in the data.

Scope of Work

You will be working with a list of 50 real estate info-product sellers (coaches, educators, masterminds, mentorship programs, etc.).

Responsibilities

Verify company name and brand

Confirm primary decision-maker (Founder / CEO / Owner where possible)

Verify or source:

- Mailing address (business-appropriate address, not guesswork)

- Email address

- Website

- LinkedIn profile (company and/or founder)

- Validate all data across multiple sources

- Flag uncertain or low-confidence data rather than guessing

Tools You May Use

You are expected to use professional research tools, including but not limited to:

- BuiltWith

- ZoomInfo

- Apollo

- LinkedIn (Sales Navigator a plus)

- Company websites

- WHOIS / domain records

- Other reputable B2B data sources

(You must already have access to your tools — I will not be purchasing accounts.)

Data Quality Standards

This project is data-quality first.

If something cannot be verified, it should be clearly marked, not forced.
