Lead Generation & Conversion for Yoga & Meditation Offerings (Pay per Converted Lead)

We are House of Prama, a wellness brand focused the mission that 'wellness isn't one-size-fits-all'.
We currently have two verticals for the youth and seniors.
For the seniors, our current flagship offering, Unwind, is a guided yoga & meditation experience that blends:
- Gentle movement
- Breathwork
- Guided meditation
- Reflection & grounding practices

Unwind has already been conducted successfully with strong participant engagement and positive testimonials. We have existing feedback, and testimonials that will be shared with the selected freelancer to support conversions.
We are now looking for a skilled and performance-driven lead generation expert to help us generate and convert qualified leads for our paid wellness offerings.

Scope of Work:
The selected freelancer will be responsible for:
- Generating high-quality, relevant leads for yoga & meditation sessions
- Driving actual conversions (paid sign-ups)
- Reaching the right audience (stress-prone professionals, young adults, wellness-seeking individuals, etc.)

This project is ideal for someone who:
- Has proven experience in lead generation and conversion, especially in wellness, yoga, meditation, or coaching spaces
- Understands performance-based marketing
- Can work independently and ethically
- Focuses on quality leads, not just volume
- Is confident in driving real conversions, not vanity metrics

Payment Structure:
- ₹300 INR per successfully converted lead
- Payment is performance-based only (paid sign-ups)
- No cap on earnings — the better you perform, the more you earn
- Long-term collaboration possible if results are strong
