Lead Generation & Closing Specialist (residual commission)

*The site does not let me communicate the commission correctly. You will earn 20-40% monthly the first year (off of each deal closed) and 10-20% monthly after that. You will sell potentially a clean-up project and monthly services. All commission details will be outlined before we commit to each other. You get paid, when we get paid.

I’m looking for a confident closer who thrives on the phone. Your core task will be to source qualified prospects, engage them through cold calls, and move medium-sized businesses from first touch right through to signed agreement with the help our estimating process.

Here’s how I see our collaboration: you obtain or build the call list, schedule and perform Free Consults, follow up and close deals once we provide you with the estimate file. I’ll supply the Free Consult form, the intro file to the prospect, the estimate file (after we perform the estimating process) and training info about our industry and company to help you close the deal.

Key deliverables I need from you:
• Scheduled and performed Free Consults
• Interested prospects in an estimate
• Closed deals that match our ideal client
