Lead Generation and Client Acquisition Specialist
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Generation and Client Acquisition Specialist to build and manage an automated sales system that will:
- Consistently book 5–7 qualified meetings per day
- Convert 8–10 high-ticket clients per month
This role will be critical to our long-term growth and we are looking for someone who is committed, proactive, and brings measurable sales outcomes without the use of paid advertising.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automated systems for lead generation and sales outreach
- Use tools like LinkedIn, cold email, database outreach, DMs, CRM tools, and automation platforms
- Consistently generate high-quality, targeted leads aligned with our services
- Schedule and book qualified sales meetings daily
- Handle initial prospecting, nurturing, and closing of high-ticket clients
- Create a repeatable and scalable sales process
- Provide weekly performance reports and metrics
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation and client acquisition
- Strong track record of closing high-ticket deals ($1,000+)
- Experience with organic outreach (no paid ads involved)
- Proficient in using tools such as Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results
- Strong understanding of digital services, video content, and online business ecosystems
