Business Developer / Virtual Assistant
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I need a sharp virtual assistant who can step straight into a business-development role and keep a steady flow of fresh, purchase-ready B2C leads coming in. Your core focus will be hands-on lead generation and, most importantly, turning those leads into paying customers through direct client onboarding. I already have the service offer and basic collateral; what I lack is the time to prospect, open conversations, nurture interest, and close the deal.
You will handle the entire front end of the pipeline: researching and identifying ideal consumer profiles, reaching out, qualifying interest, synchronising calendars, and shepherding each prospect through to an initial purchase or subscription. If you have proven tactics in social media, email, or paid ads I am open to suggestions, but my current priority is a personalised, one-to-one onboarding approach.
To keep us aligned, here is what I expect you to deliver:
• A steady weekly quota of qualified B2C leads, complete with contact details, interest notes, and next-step status
• Clean records maintained in my CRM (or a spreadsheet if you prefer while we ramp up)
• A concise end-of-week report summarising outreach numbers, conversion ratios, and any insights that could improve the process
If you are proactive, comfortable speaking directly with consumers, and can demonstrate recent success in a similar lead-gen role, I’d love to hear how you would tackle this brief and the tools you rely on to make it happen.
