Lead Generation & Appointment Setter for Medical Coding(US Market)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist + Appointment Setter who can help us generate qualified leads for our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Medical Billing, and HCC Coding services.

Your Responsibilities:

✓ Find and qualify potential US-based healthcare clients (clinics, providers, small practices)
✓ Do cold calling to prospects
✓ Send outreach messages (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
✓ Set confirmed appointments with decision-makers
✓ Join our Zoom/Google Meet calls to help convert the lead
✓ Maintain a proper CRM/Google Sheet
✓ Provide daily reporting

⭐ Ideal Candidate:

✓ Must have experience with US healthcare, RCM, medical billing, or medical coding industry
✓ Strong communication skills (English – must be clear and confident)
✓ Proven record in appointment setting / cold calling
✓ Able to work US time zones
✓ Can generate their own list OR use ours
