Lead Generation & Appointment Setter (LinkedIn Outreach – 50/day)

I’m looking for a proactive and reliable outreach specialist to support lead generation and demo bookings for a sustainability platform focused on laboratories, healthcare, and research organisations.

This role is focused on direct outreach and converting conversations into booked demos, not just marketing.

Scope of Work
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach to ~50 targeted individuals per day
- Focus primarily on Australia-based organisations (global outreach also welcome)
- Identify and target relevant roles (e.g. lab managers, sustainability leads, operations, research support)
- Send personalised messages (no spam or bulk copy-paste)
- Manage replies and nurture conversations
- Book qualified demo calls into calendar
- outreach activity and outcomes (simple reporting)

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Daily outreach consistency (approx. 50 contacts/day)
- Personalising messages to improve response rates
- Qualifying leads before booking
- Maintaining a professional and credible tone
- Keeping basic records of outreach and conversions

Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting
- Strong LinkedIn outreach skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations with professionals
- Able to balance volume with quality
- Experience with Australian or similar markets is a plus
