Lead-Gen Cold Calling VA

This project centers on outbound calls to small businesses with one clear objective: generate qualified leads that my sales team can immediately nurture. I will supply the calling lists, a basic script, and access to our cloud–based dialer and CRM; your role is to refine the pitch on the phone, gather the decision-maker’s contact details, confirm interest, and log every outcome inside the CRM in real time.

Speed matters—I want the campaign live as soon as possible, so onboarding, script familiarisation, and your first dial session should all happen within days of hire. Fluent, accent-neutral English, proven cold-calling confidence, and accurate data entry are vital because each small business contact must be left with a positive impression, even when they decline.

Deliverables
• Daily call log exported from the CRM
• A spreadsheet of qualified leads with full contact info and call notes
• End-of-week summary highlighting wins, objections heard, and suggested script tweaks

Calls will be monitored through call recordings already built into the dialer; payment is released once the daily log and lead sheet are uploaded and the summaries match the CRM data.
