Lead Finder Clients for Front-End Team

I run a tight-knit team of front-end and full-stack web developers and I need someone who can actively win us projects here on Freelancer. Your job is simple in concept but crucial in execution: identify people looking for solid front-end or full-stack work, pitch our services, and secure one-time project contracts for us to deliver.

What I expect from you
• Daily scouting of newly posted jobs that match our skill set (Vscode, PHP, Next.js, Tailwind, Node, HTML,CSS,JS).
• Crafting tailored, persuasive bids that highlight our portfolio and clearly answer the client’s pain points.
• Handing the conversation over to me once the client is engaged and ready to finalise scope and price.

When you apply, tell me one thing above all else: how quickly you can land our first paid project. Give me a realistic timeline and, if possible, a brief outline of the approach you’ll follow to achieve it. Past wins and experience are helpful, but speed to first deal is the metric I’ll judge you on.

We are primarily interested in single, clearly scoped projects right now, though success here could grow into something longer term.
