Lead Conversion Specialist for Web Design Agency
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My digital agency receives a steady flow of warm leads—prospects who have good deal of interest in a new website or a website redesign. We will provide you leads' details along with a brief project outline; your role is to pick up the phone, engage them in a concise discovery chat, and secure a date and time for an in-depth first consultation with us.
You will speak to about five leads per day, so quality of conversation matters far more than volume. I need someone operating at a solid mid-level tele-sales skill set: confident with objections, yet consultative in tone. A background that blends IT sector familiarity with specific website design and tech-sales conversations is essential, because prospects often test technical fluency before they book.
Native-level English is non-negotiable, and you must be physically based in the UK, United States, Canada, or Australia for both accent neutrality and time-zone alignment with our clients.
I’ll supply:
• Detailed lead sheets with contact details.
• A call outline covering discovery questions and value points.
• CRM access for logging notes and appointments.
You’ll deliver:
• Same-day call notes entered in CRM.
• Confirmed consultation bookings that appear on my calendar.
Success is measured purely by booked meetings, not by dials. If you’re accustomed to IT and website design pre-sales discussions, you’ll find the conversations straightforward and enjoyable.
