Kickazz CMO for Social Media & Lead Generator WANTED!
Budget: $250 – $750 SGD
Note that i am only looking for talents from the Philippines as Target Country is Philippines so language will be taglish

I am looking for someone who has not yet had the opportunity to shine, and be paid accordingly with generous commissions as well on top.
The Opportunity to become a full time member of the team is there should you wish, and qualify.
The primary objective is
1) lead generation thru social media (FB/IG/TT) (doesnt have to be all 3, but fb is a must)
2) to function as a CMO (chief marketing officer)
Industry is (in order of importance), as we have a few clients currently with more incoming
1) consulting
2) f&b franchise
3) car products
4) beauty and aesthetic services
I believe that the skills you ideally should possess, (or as many of the following as possible), would be
1) graphic design & content creation to create Static posts/ads for Facebook and IG/tt
2) copy writing skills for the headlines and content
3) copy writing skills for email sequences and DMs
4) strategic planning of your holistic strategy
5) Results-Oriented Mindset – measurable results. understands analytics tracking & A/B testing
6) adapt with Gohighlevel as the CRM
7) meta manager ad targeting skills to have a min of 5x ROAS (our offers are solid, we just need to get them in front of the right people)
8) highly motivated problem solver, able to think outside the box, and willing to upskill & learn in areas as needed
Bonus skills - good to have
- landing page building on GHL
- basic photo editing skills (as we have an in-house video editor)
- ad scripts copywriting (short form content)

- With a renumeration of $350 usd and 1 month timeframe,
What is your plan and what results do you project if you had a $400 usd ad budget?
