Kerala IT Candidate Lead Generation

I run an IT-focused consultancy and I’m ramping up hiring for clients across Kerala. I need a freelancer who can quickly supply me with verified contact leads for strong, Kerala-based candidates in three core areas: software development, network administration and IT support.

What I’m after is straightforward: a list of qualified professionals who currently live in Kerala, are open to new job opportunities and match the skill sets my consultancy regularly places.

Deliverables
• An Excel/Google Sheet containing: full name, primary phone, email, current location in Kerala, current role/title, years of experience and key technical skills for each candidate
• Minimum lead volume and delivery timeline we’ll agree on up front
• All data must be sourced ethically and double-checked for accuracy; bounced emails or unreachable numbers will be rejected

Acceptance criteria
1. Only candidates residing in Kerala are accepted.
2. At least 90 % of provided contacts must be reachable within two attempts.
3. Each lead must clearly map to one of the three target roles.
