Your core responsibility is sales and lead generation for individual clients. We offer term plans, ULIP's, retirement plans and also plans with a mix of everything. The two methods I want you to lean on are:
• Cold calling
• Networking and referrals
I’ll supply product training, and ongoing support. You’ll supply the energy, persistence, and skill to turn conversations into signed policies. Success is measured by:
• A steady stream of qualified individual-client leads
• Clear call or meeting notes logged in real time
• Closed policies that meet compliance standards
Commissions are uncapped and tied directly to the business you write. Commission per policies are up to 40% of the cheque value you bring in. so the upside is entirely in your hands.
