Job Post – Instagram Outreach VA
Description
We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to manage Instagram outreach and basic lead management for 3 different profiles. The work involves sending targeted DMs, tracking results in our CRM, and following up with interested contacts (with our support and scripts).
Responsibilities
• Send minimum 50 targeted messages per profile per day (≈150/day total).
• Research and identify relevant accounts based on our criteria (fashion brands, restaurants, hotels, event spaces, etc.).
• Log all contacts and replies into our CRM (Airtable/Google Sheets).
• Handle initial replies from interested leads and help collect their contact details (email/phone).
• Provide daily/weekly tracking reports.
Compensation Model
• Pay per message sent: €0.03–0.04 per targeted message.
• Minimum volume: 4,500 messages per month across 3 profiles.
• Step 2 (Replies & Lead Collection): +€20/month if you properly handle replies and obtain contacts (with our guidance and scripts).
• Bonus: +€10–20 for every confirmed partnership/contract closed from your outreach.
• Extra monthly bonus if message volume exceeds targets.
Requirements
• Experience with Instagram outreach, lead generation, or VA tasks.
• Fluent written English; able to follow scripts precisely.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with daily quotas.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Airtable, Google Sheets).
• Reliable internet connection and availability for daily work.
