Hi, I am looking for an experienced ManyChat expert to build Instagram DM automation for my crystal business.
We sell crystals mainly through Instagram DMs, and I want to automate the first part of the customer conversation so customers can get quick replies, browse our catalog, choose product categories,and then be handed over to our sales team when they are warm or ready to buy.
The goal is not to replace human sales. The goal is to qualify customers, organize inquiries, tag leads properly, and send warm/hot leads to our sales team with enough information to close faster.

Scope of Work

2. Human Handover + Follow-Up Flow
Send warm/hot leads to the sales team
Create clear handover points when human reply is needed

Keep the conversation natural and not spammy
Tag customers based on reply status and sales status
3. Comment-to-DM and Story Reply Automations
Set up automations for Instagram post comments
Set up Story reply automations
Create keyword-based triggers for common inquiries
Route customers into the correct flow based on their comment, keyword, or Story reply

Lead tagging is a very important part of this project.
