Identify Indian HPMC Buyers

I manufacture Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC) and need verified leads of companies in the Indian construction market—specifically firms engaged in large-scale infrastructure projects such as highways, bridges, tunnels, dams, rail, ports, and similar civil works.

What I expect from you:
• A spreadsheet or CRM-ready file containing company name, country, website, brief project focus, purchasing or procurement contact (name, title, email, phone), and an estimate of their annual HPMC demand if available.
• Sources or notes that explain how each lead was validated (trade directories, tender documents, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry reports, etc.).
• At least 50 high-quality prospects to start; I’ll pay proportionally more if you can deliver a larger, thoroughly vetted list.

Success will be measured by data completeness, accuracy, and relevance to Indian infrastructure construction. If you already have similar databases or proven techniques for finding specialty chemical buyers, let me know in your proposal along with a sample of past work.
