Hungary based Telemarketing & Franchise Lead Representative

I have an active list of individual customers here in Hungary who have already shown some level of interest in our brand. Your task is to pick up the conversation where our first interaction left off, reignite their curiosity about our products and services, and lock in convenient appointment times for the sales team.

You will be working from a prepared database that includes name, phone number, brief notes, and the last contact date.

During each call I need you to:
• confirm their current interest level in the specific product or service noted
• offer clear next-step options and secure an appointment when appropriate
• Update our spreadsheet

Fluent Hungarian on the phone is essential; comfortable English for internal reporting is also needed.
