Email Marketing / Cold Email Specialist
Responsibilities:
-Research and compile lists of hotels and resorts that match target criteria.
-Send pre-written collaboration emails to hotel/resort contacts.
-Personalize emails where needed (e.g., hotel name, location, contact person).
-Track outreach progress (sent, opened, replied, follow-up needed).
-Send polite follow-up emails if no reply.
-Report results regularly (responses, potential collaborations, etc.).
Requirements:
-Basic written English skills (clear, professional tone).
-Experience with email outreach, marketing, or virtual assistance.
-Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
-Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
-Basic knowledge of CRM tools, spreadsheets, or email tracking software is a plus.
